  • Can I book a lesson longer than an hour or for multiple children?

    Absolutely! A typical lesson is 30 mins in our software, to book an hour or more please find a slot in which many are available. Ex: 3:30pm and 4:30 pm, (our software includes an automatic 30 min buffer), and then include in your booking notes that you’d like an hour or more!

  • Can I get in the water with my student?

    We advise against this. Although students can be nervous or upset, it makes the transition and learning process much smoother if its just instructor and little one! We’ve got this!

  • What if my child cries/doesn't want to swim?

    This is very common. We understand its hard to see them cry or be afraid. But we promise it gets easier! Give us a few minutes alone with littles and they typically calm right down :) In atypical cases we can of course adjust!

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash and Zelle payments. Payment is to be collected at the end of each session. This summer we will not be accepting Venmo payments.

  • Do you have program incentives?

    We have lesson certificates that students receive alongside a small prize after level completions. Levels include; Water Safety, Beginning Strokes, Intermediate + Advanced Strokes

  • Please Note:

    As we drive to and from each lesson, life happens. We ask for your patience as the summer season begins. Traffic and cross town drives can be tricky! We appreciate your flexibility in lesson times to best accommodate your little ones! **Lessons will be offered in West Hills, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Westlake + Agoura, Moorpark, Porter Ranch, Northridge and Woodland Hills.
